Well it looks to me like it was just another Niger uranium scam. I think the CIA remembers this guy, CIA Not Buying Weapons Story. Want to know who Michael A. Ledeen is. He wants Iran bad, Into the Quagmire. In this excerpt he talks about how Iran keeps changing its explanations:
