Silence is Consent

If you don't speak up you accept what is happening. This site was born out of the mainstream media's inability to cover the news. I am just an American cititzen trying to spread the word in the era of FCC consolidation, post 9/11 Patriot Act hysteria, hackable voting machines and war without end. I rant and post news items I perceive to be relevant to our current situation.

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

Well here we go. 9/11 Chair: Attack Was Preventable. This paragraph in this article, from one of the most outspoken 9/11 family members, points out one of the first things that made me think they at least knew it was going to happen.
"How is it possible we have a national security advisor coming out and saying we had no idea they could use planes as weapons when we had FBI records from 1991 stating that this is a possibility," said Kristen Breitweiser, one of four New Jersey widows who lobbied Congress and the president to appoint the commission.
Here is a list of recent news:
-Kay Plans to Leave Search for Iraqi Arms .
-Remember 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'? For Bush, They Are a Nonissue.
-Dubious Link Between Atta and Saddam.
-Halliburton units file for bankruptcy.
-Halliburton handed Iraq contract .
It sure is a good thing they found Saddam, isn't it?
